  1. Quotations

All quotations are provided based on the information available at the time of assessment.

Quotes are estimates and may be adjusted if the actual condition of the property, garden, or work required differs significantly from the information provided.

  1. Access to Property

Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property and any areas where work is to be carried out.

If access is unavailable or restricted, ACHU LTD reserves the right to reschedule the service or charge for time lost.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must inform ACHU LTD of any known hazards, risks, fragile items, pets, access restrictions, or other circumstances that may affect the safe delivery of services.

  1. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

ACHU LTD accepts approved payment methods, including card payments, bank transfers, and other methods made available by the company.

  1. Cancellations

Customers should provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible.

ACHU LTD reserves the right to charge for appointments cancelled at short notice where significant time, travel, or preparation costs have been incurred.

  1. Health and Safety

ACHU LTD reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or discontinue work where conditions are considered unsafe or where there is a risk to employees, customers, property, or members of the public.

  1. Limitation of Liability

ACHU LTD will exercise reasonable care and skill when providing services.

Liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the value of the service provided, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

  1. Disclaimer

ACHU LTD is not responsible for:

  • Existing damage, wear and tear, deterioration, or defects present before work begins.
  • Damage resulting from structural defects, poor maintenance, faulty installations, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
  • Delays caused by weather conditions, restricted access, third-party actions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are encouraged to report any concerns before work commences.

  1. Insurance

ACHU LTD maintains appropriate insurance cover for its business activities. Details may be provided upon reasonable request.

  1. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.
